She's very little and frail. I believe it had to be a small dog that attacked her because if it had been a big one, she would have been killed.
My next door neighbors have 2 small Chihuahua dogs that have on many occasions entered my front yard through my tall rod iron fence. One of them in particular is very vicious and has tried to attack me. I can’t even let Mickey and Jewely go outside in my front yard for fear they’ll attack them. I am going to go over there and tell those people that I seriously suspect that their little rat of a dog attack Davida. I have no proof and am only assuming, but I'm pretty sure it was their dog.
I cannot and will not take anymore chances on my cats being attacked and will tell them that if I ever find their dogs in my yard trying to attack me or my cats, I will put Cujo, my RAT killing 125 pound dog in my front yard. It’s impossible for man or beast to enter my yard through my 10 ft. fence, but it’s evident that a small dog can enter. I will buy some chicken wire and put it all around my fence so they will never enter my yard again.
I don't know them at all, and am sure they will hate me but I don't care. I will do anything in my power to protect my cats and my poodles.
Here's a picture of Davida and the horrible injuries! When I take her to the vet tomorrow morning and bring her back, I'll just have to keep her inside my house all the time. Mickey and Jewely will not be happy about this but they will have to accept little Davida. I will also, take into the house the second little kitten before something happens to her, too. She's also a very trusting little kitten. The 3rd kitten will stay outside with the rest of the cats because it is "street smart" and won't even let me get close to it.
I am so happy that I finally found Davida. I can hardly wait for my appointment tomorrow morning so her wounds can be attended to by the vet. I hope her little front paw will be save, although, I don't believe so because it's just dangling.
