I’m making my LONG REPLY to this LJ friend public, only because he publically posted his assumptions about my age and my supposed envy.
It all came about because of this post I made:
The Muffin and the Shot Gun Wedding – Part ONE
Again, you have assumed that I am jealous of my brand new sister-in-law for the insanely ridiculous reason that she's in her twenties. I don’t understand your way of thinking. You have assumed that I started my webcam site when I came out of the Army. Where in the world does this assumption come from? Even if I was 33 years old, as you have said, what difference does it make? I know women who are 25 who look 35 and there are women who are 35 who look 25. I also know women who are in their 40's, 50's, 60's, and even older who look absolutely beautiful! My greatest hope is that I'll look that great when I reach those ages. The same goes for young, older, and much older men; most of them look fantastic!
Your math skills are not adding up, and I will not waste my time doing the math for you, since it's so unimportant to me for one very important reason, and that is that I have made it explicitly clear from day ONE of my LJ life, that I am a confirmed bachlorette, and am ONLY interested in platonic relationships, both in my real life and cyberspace life.
It's obvious you are not familiar with HTML, (Joomla, or dreamweaver), where WebPages can be created in a matter of minutes. RomanticLoveSecrets is about classic poetry, and quotes that has been around for many, many years. These writings are not copyright. I copy and paste. These processes take a matter of a few seconds. As for the graphics and animations on my websites, I CREATED them ALL, which as any graphics designer will tell you, they can be created in a couple of hours or less; some in a few minutes.
As for my webcam site, which was created BEFORE I joined the Army, it was just a matter of having a professional or one of my girl friend's take my pics and my posting them to my cam site. Both took a few minutes to do. Now, was I 14, 15, 16, or 17 when I started? I'll just leave it to your imagination, since a Wannabe Playgirl never devulges her age.
D., let me give you a word of advice; don’t put so much importance on a woman’s age. Men and women of all ages are beautiful. Don’t forget that old adage, “Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.”
