First of all, I've added Bill Clinton and Al Gore to my HEROES list for accomplishing the impossible. I'm so happy that the two journalists are back home safely from North Korea! I love you Bill and Al!! Democrats are the BEST, because they are true humanitarians!

I thought I'd give, just for a second, your adrenaline a little break from my political rants and raves, so I'll do what I love best; TOOT MY HORN....

I was invited to a house party this past weekend, and I made this rum bundt cake from scratch, and the sugar free Jell-O and milk jiggler concoction. The rum bundt cake was drenched with yummy rum - hiccup! Both were a great success, because everybody went for seconds until there was nothing left. But then, I knew they would be a great success, because I truly am a great cook, because everything I make, I make with love, and love conquers all!! :o)

I give much props to Bill Clinton for doing what he did. I dislike Democrats, btu have always liked the Clintons, with the exception of their gun control ideas.

I'm glad he was able to accomplish saving those girls. I'll bet the RIP-PUB-LICAN Party will find something to complain about; it's their nature.

I don't believe we gun owners have anything to worry about. There are WAY too many of us! :o)

Well, kinda Jell-O in milk. It's actually Eagle Brand Condensed Milk. Someone here asked for the recipe, and I've posted it here. If you'd like it, just come back here and you'll see it, along with more pics, but in different colors. It seriously tastes delicious, and is especially a favorite for Summer!

Awesome - thank you!

I've never heard of jell-o in milk (condensed or otherwise) looks neat.

Clinton RULES! What an amazing thing to accomplish.

Any chance you'll share the recipes???

Sweety Pie, I'm terrible when it comes to giving instructions, but I tried, and if you have a question, let me know and I'll try to answer it.

Jell-O recipe:

1. Day before - Use one small box of all the different colors you want to make it colorful.

2. Make EACH BOX of Jell-O, just like you would make the Jell-O jigglers, but instead of adding 1 cup hot, and 1 cup cold, add only 1 cup hot. Mix thoroughly, and when cooled, put in frig.

3. Next day – Cut the Jell-O into small cubes.

4. In a pot, put 2 cans of Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk, and fill the same can 5 times with water. Cook slowly until it is dissolved. In a bowl, add 1 cup water and 4 packets of Knox gelatin, and stir until dissolved, then add to the pot with the Eagle brand milk. Raise heat and keep stirring constantly until is comes to a boil, and then take it off the heat. Add 1 tablespoon white vanilla.

5. Get a big bowl and add cold water with plenty of ice cubes, then place the pot on top of it, and continue mixing constantly. When it is cold put all your Jell-O cubes in a cake pan, or pretty big bowl (as you can see from the pic, I used a rectangular cake pan that has a plastic lid). Mix the Jell-O cubes around gently. Pour the contents from the pot that contains the cold Eagle Brand, etc. concoction into the cake pan where you have your Jell-O cubes. Mix a little, and gently so the different colored ice cubes will mix around.

6. Cover with a plastic, or aluminum paper. I didn’t have to use those things, since my cake pan has its own plastic lid.

7. Refrigerate, and it should be ready in about 3 hours. For the holidays, you can put all this into a pretty bowl. It not only looks pretty, but it tastes really good.

Here is a pic of other colors I've used, just to give you an idea how you can match colors to your choosing.

This is the link to the Rum cake. I've made quite a few, but this recipe is by far the best.

Thank you! I'm sure you are a great cook, too. The secret to producing delicious dishes is loving to cook, and I do so love it.

I am too! What a special guy. Just goes to prove that diplomacy is a MUST. Too bad Bush used the scare tactics during his administration. Can you imagine what would have happened to those two girls had he been in charge?!

The jello concoction actually uses Eagle Brand condensed milk. Would it still not agree with your stomach? I put the recipe here for someone who asked for it, along with more pics with different jello colors. It really is delicious and cools you during the summer!

I'm glad you love me tooting my horn, because I do it quite often! heh heh

I'll have more pictures of dishes I'll be making in the future.

The bundt cake takes just a little while to make, but the Jell-O concoction takes many, many different stepts, but it's well worth it!! :o)

I am not like you right now!
I can handle when you tease us all with sex. That's fine, and funny.

But this! I can't take this! It's not fair to tease us with this great food!
