1. This is Jerry. He's a French Bulldog that cost an awful lot of money, so much money that it would shock you if I told you. Jerry belongs to one of my brother's, the brother who lost his job, and home in California due to our bad economy. My brother was forced to rent an apartment, and they do not allow dogs, so guess who has him, along with another little dog by the name of Oscar? Me!

I had always heard of a high maintenance dog, and never understood what was meant by that, but I sure do now! Jerry looks tough, but he is as delicate as soft tissue paper. He got sick last night, so sick that he couldn't even stand up. He vomited, and had diarrhea, diarrhea that was all over the house, and that Grandpa and I constantly wipe and mop. I clipped a clothespin on my nose. Do you know how horrible it is to mop up big time doggy pooh?! UGGLY!

I didn't get any sleep last night, because I didn't have the heart to leave him alone, and was terrified he would die.

I called in sick at work. I told my boss why I'd be missing work. I'm constantly keeping my fingers crossed that he won't fire!! I took Jerry to the vet, and he charged me $339.80 for 2 different medications, some blood tests, and about 10 minutes of his time! I just can't understand why it came out to so much. I'm to take him again on Friday, along with some pooh specimen. I will, because I would die, if Jerry died, just because of money. The only time I ever charge on my credit card is when I know I'll be able to pay it in full. I had no choice but to charge, knowing full well I would have to pay it back in payments!!

Grandpa and I will be eating lots of beans and spaghetti again!

Why do these things happen to me? Sure, I have now a total of 12 dogs, and 20 something cats, including 5 brand new newborn kittens, but they are all mutts, just like me. My baby Jewely and Panchito aren't full blooded poodle and chihuahua.

2. Pachamama (Mother Nature) is angry with all of us for abusing her so. I have a feeling the world's coming to an end soon.

3. I'm preparing a few of the pics I took from those places I went to so I can share them with you.

Do you speak of this burgeoning plague as Pachamama's revenge? No way. She's saving herself for 2012 (see Carrington event).

I was speaking of the sudden countless hurricanes, tornados, earthquakes, the economy, terrorists, this sudden outbreak of a thing called Swine Flu, (poor pigs), meteorites, and now these future solar storms you’ve introduced me to.

Have we all gone too far, and angered the Lord?

Do you think if I hid under my bed when Sept. 2012 comes around, I’ll be saved?

Do you feel we’ve all finally really angered the Lord?

Thank you for the link!

By and by, I’m making some web pages with penguins. I love penguins. Pinguins make me think of you! :o)

I think if you have guns, ammo and faith you'll survive. And keep your girl scout guide handy.

Have we come very close to being hit by a gigantic meteorite, and not been told?

Did you read the article?
Apr. 29th, 2009 02:31 am (UTC)
I did, and I read it again, and continued to read about Meteorites. Solar storms - meteorites. Now I see, and it's so darn scary!

Its 21 DEC 2012, not September.

Aww, such a wierd, yet cute-looking dog with big sad eyes. :P

Jerry is extremely possessive of me! When we're all outside, he'll approach all the other dogs, just like a bull, then he'll turn around and start shoving dirt with his hind legs at them, then he'll shove them away from me with his whole face! :o)

Cute little dog. Hope he comes out alright.

And your brother owes you for this.

EDIT: Hey, who's taking these pictures for you?

Yes he is a cute-tee-pie! He seems to be doing a little better, and hope he'll fully recover before Friday so I won't have to take him again, and find myself with another shocker of a bill.

I'll let it go this time, since he suddenly found himself with major economical problems.

The pics you see of me petting Jerry were taken by either Norma or Lolly.

You are giving us pitiful humans too much credit. There is no way that We could ever do anything that would destroy this earth.
We could wipe ourselves off the face of the earth with nuclear weapons, but the earth would still be here, as would some lower animal and insect forms.

Grandfather and the four winds will still be here long after we are gone from this rock, and it aint gionna happen in 2012.

Although, we're harming her terribly, I don't believe we'll ever destroy her, but she sure can destroy us.

Grandfather and the 4 winds? What's that?
Apr. 30th, 2009 12:46 am (UTC)
Grandfather is the earth, If you ever have the oppritunity to be a part of a sweat lodge, as the hot rocks are brought into the lodge, you welcome grandfather into your presence, Those who believe in earth magick will along to praying to The Great Father will also give respect to Grandfather as well as to the four winds, The winds are what will bring us the messages that we look to in order to walk in the proper direction in our lives. The 4 finds are what the Eagle who is the messenger of the Great Father, flies on.

I could go farther but I am sure you understand.

How interesting! So, Grandfather means Pachamama; Mother Earth!

You are an Angel.
So much love for our furry friends :)

I love animals more than anything in this world, and feel they were put on this earth by God so we can take care of them.

Thank you my Pooh!

Re: French Bulldogs
Tell me about it! When I or Grandpa bathe him, we have to clean the skin creases with this medications. We also have to clean his ears with another medication, which all have to be purchased at the vet.

Although, he's a pain in the butt, he is adorable, and so much fun! :o)

Cute dog!

That being said (and I mean this only in the nicest way) but damn...that is a lot of animals to care for. Your heart is tremendously huge to take in so many animals and love them.

I just am worried that if something happened to you that they would suffer. Finding places for that many four legged children would be hard!

I don't necessarily thing the world is going to end, but I think something is going to change drastically. Not sure if it will be a massive social uprising, political unrest, WWIII or ???

My gut says we are on the edge of something (or somethings) quite big.

Gaia will go on, but I think we as people have reached a critical mass a long time ago and are due for a massive reduction in population. People are frankly too greedy (overall) and selfish and self focused to look at the bigger picture.

I often think the bigger picture is hard for people to grasp as well when we are all losing our jobs, our ability to shelter and feed our families and selves and nature and nuture continue to tear at the cores of our very being.

"Interesting times" ya?

Yes, I do have an awful lot of animals, and they take many hours from Grandpa's and my life to care for, not to mention the astronomiclal amount of money I spend for their food and vet bills, but I've noticed that for every stray I take in, I never run out of money for their care. I think someone upstairs loves me for taking care of His little critters! :o)

I worry a lot about the same thing, and not only about the 4-legged babies, but for Grandpa, too. Nobody would want them!

I felt the economy troubles we're in now, way before there were signs. I also feel what you're feeling about being on the edge of something.

My heart goes out to the animals of the world, and the little children, because they had nothing to do with the failed state we now find ourselves in.

Yes, these are interesting time.

Poor Jerry! I hope he's okay...

Love you!
Apr. 30th, 2009 08:50 pm (UTC)
He's doing a little better.

Love you, too!
Apr. 30th, 2009 01:06 am (UTC)
Good luck with Jerry, he'll be ok with your love and attention! :)
Apr. 30th, 2009 08:52 pm (UTC)
Thank you Sweet Pie! Although, he's much better than that night, he still isn't his usual self.
