I won't go into the sordid details.
DAY ONE: There's an ongoing dispute among 2 women.
One of the woman's son works for BORDER PATROL. He is on vacation and is only visiting his mother. The OFF DUTY BORDER PATROLMAN goes in his personal car to the other woman's house, dressed in his BORDER PATROL UNIFORM. He is wearing dark sunglasses and has his GUN in his holster. He threatens the woman, NOT TO EVER GO TO HIS MOTHER'S house again, while having his hand position on his gun which is in his holster.
Is it against the law for a BORDER PATROLMAN, while OFF DUTY, to go to the womans house, in a MOST intimidating manner, to argue a PERSONAL GRIP, dressed in his BORDER PATROLMAN'S UNIFORM AND WITH HIS GUN?
PLEASE, I NEED SOMEONE WHO ABSOLUTELY KNOWS THE LAW TO ANSWER THIS VERY IMPORTANT QUESTION!!!!!
