God he's such an ass. Really, somebody needs to rip off his fingers and shove them down his throat.

You're not going to believe this Marieb, but my girlfriend Norma and I once had a terrible crush on this man! (right after 911)

Then we saw him in action being a bastard to this Mexican woman. That's the day we started hating this odious man!

I've tried hard to find that video or transcript, but to no avail!

Ew! How could you possibly find that troll attractive???????
Nov. 22nd, 2006 03:51 am (UTC)
I just don't know, and I hang my head down in shame! :o(

Friendship is like the breeze,
You can't hold it,
Smell it,
Taste it,
Or know when it's coming,
But you can always feel it,
And you'll always know it's there,
It may come and then go,
But you can know it'll always be back.

False friends are like our shadow,
keeping close to us when we walk in the sunshine,
but leaving us the instant
we cross into the shade.

You are a good friend, Pete,
and I love you!

I don't think friends leave us the instant
we cross into the shade. but they are the Light
that guides us when we are in the dark

and you are my good friend Too Savanah and you know I Love you! :o)

did you know this is what my LJ name
stands for a light in the dark, I try to keep it on all night ;)

The true ones stick with us through thick and thin, but the false ones eventually turn into black widow spiders. I know this for fact, Pete!

You are the light in the dark!

Love you Savanah! you are a true friend :o)

And in the sweetness of friendship let there be laughter and the sharing of pleasures. For in the dew of little things the heart finds its morning and is refreshed.

Help me out, but does it always seem like the liberal person on these shows always (politely) give the floor to the ranting angry conservative.....?

Perhaps I am seeing the wrong clips and both sides interrupt and are rude, but it always seems to me that it is the rightwingers......

Give me a name, show me clip, prove me wrong.....
Nov. 22nd, 2006 03:48 am (UTC)
You are absolutely right and
You are absolutely right and thank you for bringing it up! I thought I was the only one that noticed.

I watch many of these videos and have noticed CONSTANTLY, that the liberals always seem to bow down, to the big mouth right wingers, without a fight! They’re CONSTANTLY interrupted, and they just let it happen! When I see these things, I’m CONSTANTLY yelling at the liberal to stop being a wet noodle and stand up for his/her rights! Hannity and Colmes on Fox News are one example. Colmes never stands up to those odious people who constantly interrupt, and insult him!

In REAL life, I’m as sweet and courteous as can be, but when confronted with this type of rude person; I become a ROYAL BARBARIC BITCH, and will go through what ever measures it will take, for me to recapture my place and the attention I deserve, IMMEDIATELY!

Why do you think they let the right winger’s get away with it?!

I’ll look for those clips!

Re: You are absolutely right and
Perhaps the libs have nothing to fear.......angry reactions are directly related to fear

Maybe they think it is better to be polite and simply let others make asses of themselves

Re: You are absolutely right and
That's true, but then, there are times when one must return their growl with a growl!

Re: You are absolutely right and
agreed, but do it with manners

Re: You are absolutely right and
I agree, also. You often times get better results by using honey than vineger, but there are times when you deal with wild savages, and the only way to confront them is by being brutal.

It's a known fact that Bill calls people liers, and yells for them to shut up, but when someone calls him a lier, as the gentleman in the video did, Bill reacts viciously. Bill is a wild savage, therefore, Bill must be treated as savages are treated, and that by being brutal.

What Billy needs is to be confronted by a wild savage, just like he is.

Re: You are absolutely right and
I would say that would work in some cases. O'Reilly for all his faults does have a persuasiveness that has to be answered directly. Sometimes the pitbull style of his does work if he can make his opponent cower.

The only person who has the ability to turn off people effectively-and she has -is Ann Coulter.

She hasn't converted anyone to her point of view, she can only preach to the choir. She takes the most hateful path possible and as a result anyone who goes into an Ann Coulter presentation on the fence is usually repulsed by her to lean as far away from her as possible.

Give me intelligent conservative pundits like George Will any day. Even if I don't lean to the right he has good points that make me ponder some of my own views. And if that doesn't work he is a great scholar of baseball. :)

Re: You are absolutely right and
I've never heard of George Will.

I have no respect for Paul Kurgman for cowering before Bill-O! The only people I’ve actually seen on video, which are not afraid of defending themselves against this asshole, are Paul Donohue, and Letterman. Why are the rest so afraid of him? I just don’t understand how they could let this overpowering narcissistic man get away with it without a fight.

As for Ann Coulter, I honestly believe she’s a giraffe!

Another person that repulses me is Geraldo Rivera, and will soon spew all my frustrations about this Mr. Goody Two Shoes whore of a man in a future post!

OMG! And I mustn’t forget Rush Limbaugh, and Farwell!

I’ll pass up, the now exposed before the world, FAMILY VALUES king of hypocrisy and perversion, Jimmy Swaggart.

Re: You are absolutely right and
George Will is a pretty major conservative writer. He was a founding editor at the national Review, writes a syndicated column that originates from the Washington Post, was sometimes a guest on This week with David Brinkley.
I've read him in Newsweek and seen him do lots of those roundtable talking head shows like the Mclaughlin Group.
Nov. 22nd, 2006 03:48 am (UTC)
Bill used to be a serious journalist but it must not have paid that well. He wasn't going to get one of the top anchor spots so he reinvented himself as a hateful Rush Limbaugh. It is sad that he has done this on the one hand but on the bright side he has caused a lot of people to become democratic just because he is such a shining example of conservative thinking. LOL
Nov. 22nd, 2006 04:03 am (UTC)
The first time I saw Bill, was right after 911 on Fox News. In fact, he's the reason I got hooked on Fox. I liked him so much, that he became my hero, and my heart would skip a beat whenever I'd see him. My friend Norma felt the same way I did.

This man had me so brainwashed, that I was starting to seriously lean toward Republican, which is a no, no for me, because I come from a die hard Democratic family. I have no idea at what point Norma and I started disliking him, and finally despising him as I do now.

You are so right!! He IS the reason I, as well as many others voted Demo! :o)

Letterman didn't back down when Bill O'Reilly was on his show. And unlike, Rosie O'Donnell's nasty ambush of Tom Selleck a few years back, he wasn't out to get Bill when he had him on the show.

O'Reilly is a media hack who will change opinions to reach every common denominator.

What I find funny is how many of the more loony right-wing listen to him, yet don't know he's pro- gun control, against capital punishment, and does support civil unions.

To match all the slime that's been atributed to that elite right, he was involved in his own sexual harassment case, and those allegations , if they were true, really make you think just how slimy this guy could have been.

All that was settled out of court, so who knows what was true, but damn!
Nov. 22nd, 2006 07:01 pm (UTC)
He sure didn’t, and O’Reilly just couldn’t handle it, and demanded an apology from Letterman on his own show.

Rosie O’Donnell nasty with Tom Selleck? I didn’t know that!

O’Reilly pro gun control?! I didn’t know this!

O’Reilly against capital punishment?? That’s okay, ‘cuz I’m totally against the death penalty!!

O’Reilly supports civil unions?? OMG! I think I love him again, because I’m for civil unions, also!!

I’ve hunted everywhere about that sexual harassment case, but have never found anything on it. Fox news has kept it totally hush, hush!

Geraldo Rivera, Mr. Suddenly FAMILY VALUES guy, also has some stinky skeletons in his closet, and a book he wrote about 1,000 women he bedded while still married!! Just guy is your typical KISS and TELL jerk, because he named the women in his book!!

Wow! I would have thought the NRA would have sent tons of newsletters to their memebrs about this one since this was entirely related to his membership to the NRA.

Basically she invites him to her show then uses the opportunity to attack him and his membership in NRA.

I couldn't find video, but here's a transcript link.

As for O'Reilly he is only in favor of civil unions because he doesn't believe anyone outside of the state should decide the issue. The whole federal gay marriage ban sure smacks of the big government model that conservatives were supposed to be against. He isn't going to be seen marching in any parades on the subject.

The sexual harassment lawsuit was covered everywhere. all you have to do is type in oreilly and lawsuit in google and you'll get a hit from almost every news source inthe country. And believe me the allegations are pretty disgusting.

Geraldo Rivera was always a slimebag.

Nov. 22nd, 2006 08:30 pm (UTC)
Thank you for the O'Donnell and Selleck link. I didn't know a thing about this. And thanks for helping me find the O'Reilly sexual harrassment lawsuit. I'll be doing lots of reading. I'm very interested in this because this guy always tries to come off as a great FAMILY VALUES guy.

I realize I'm always trying to find the smut on many of these jerks, but the only reason I'm so interested is because they are the worse of the worse, and try to bring themselves out to the public as saints. I'm no one to judge, because I have stinky skeletons in my own closet, but unlike them, I admit it!!

The transcript of O'Donnell and Selleck, reminded me a little of Nancy Grace, when she invited Elizabeth Smart and Melinda Duckett to discuss Smart's bill, and Duckett's little boy.

The only difference between O'Donnell and Grace is that I really like Rosie, and thoroughly dislike Grace.

Thank you for the link. I didn't know a thing about this.

Here's the video with Grace and Smart.
Notice the PHONY concerned Grace (the black widow spider) tries to portray for Elizabeth Smart.

Nov. 22nd, 2006 10:32 pm (UTC)
Well I can agree with you on Grace, I saw the video before too. But Rosie ODonell is the worst hypocrite. You do know she wants to ban guns PERIOD, right? And she went on the record saying no one should own a gun and no one needs one not even for protection. But then she got busted when she tried to hire a bodyguard for her son. an ARMED bodyguard.
So no one needs a gun for protection, but we should all be rich enough to afford a bodyguard of our own?
I hate neo-conservatives, but I equally hate the knee jerk limousine liberals of Hollywood who think they are like us but are just as out of touch with our realities from behind the ivy of their Bel Air mansions.
And people listen to them like they know what they are talking about. Pause and think. Do you remeber the theatre and drama geeks in high school? The weird kids who were in all the play and school musicals?
Those kids all grew up and became Rosie O'Donnel, Barbra Streisand and Richard Gere.
A lot of high school and college drop-outs who read Variety, snort coke, and do the kabbalah every day. To them an act of charity is a photo op or a chance to play celebrity poker on tv in an effort to stay relevant for their own career's sake.
They believe that their status of celebrity bestows upon them some erudite political knowledge. They believe any Oscar award is paean to their politcal beliefs and take opportunity to say tha this is a clear sign that they are right.
Rosie is part of that to me.
