THE TWINKIE DEFENSE
Hostess Twinkies have been around since 1931. Who would have ever imagined that they would someday be connected to the brutal murder of two important politicians!
In 1978, a San Francisco employee named Dan White went on a rampage and killed two important politicians, Mayor George Moscone and Supervisor Harvey Milk in City Hall. His case seemed indefensible, but in the ensuing trail White's attorney, Douglas Schmidt, did come up with a defense. He blamed his client's behavior on junk food, specifically Twinkies. Psychiatrist Martin Blinder testified that White had eaten too many Twinkies, and that their high sugar content had resulted in "diminished mental capacity." It sounded preposterous, but to the shock of the grieving city, the jury bought the explanation and convicted White of voluntary manslaughter instead of murder. In San Francisco, people still refer to it as the "Twinkie defense."

The Twinkie Defense
A movie has been made about the fictional assassination of President Bush, and I think it's SICK!
I can't believe someone would even think of making such a movie as this, because I feel it is too dangerous. There are too many nuts in this world who may start getting ideas to commit such an act someday.
I may not agree with everything the President of the United States says, but he is our president.
I will NOT watch this movie, EVER!
Will she be the next
President of the United States?
I sure hope so!
