Had this video not existed, she would have said the man was a liar, and the BITCH would have gotten away with it! How many times have those who have authority in law enforcement used brutality such as this, but without the proof of a videotape such as in this case? I'm sure there are COUNTLESS!

Whenever I see a policeman, I honest to GOD become TERRIFIED, instead of feeling SAFE!
Police Brutality Cases on Rise Since 9/11 Don't get me wrong; there ARE honorable and good cops, but how can one tell which the good are, and which are the bad ones who abuse their authority?! I also realize that there comes a time when police have no other choice but to use violence when confronted by a violent criminal.

POLICE BRUTALITY: Police dump quadriplegic from wheelchair

UPDATE. I agree with this man. Race had nothing to do with it.

Re: Good Morning Sunshine
There ARE some police officers that think they are above the law, and these are the ones responsible for the public fearing them so much.

There are WAY too many people who abuse the authority they've been given, and most of them get away from it. God only knows how many people have suffered at the hands of those who are supposed to protect us!

police violence on ordinary helpless citizens
Thank you so much for this link!

That asshole doesn't know the meaning of respect. How frightened those children were, and of all people, a cop! Thank God one of the little boys was video taping it, otherwise, that BASTARD would have told a much different story to the little boy’s mom, and gotten away with it, because only the cops version is ALWAYS believed by the police department!

I’ve seen way too many actual videos of police violence on ordinary helpless citizens, that whenever I see a policeman, I become so afraid! ALWAYS!

There was NO reason for this.
well lets see First he is a paraplegic not a quadraplegic. The news article is in error there. A quad would not have use of his arms either.

With that said,

That stupid bitch needs to be drawn and quartered. There is NO reason for her to have done that Its NOT the gestappo's realm to determine if he is handicapped or not.

The Bitch needs to be stripped of her comission (if she is even carrying one) That asshole that was laughing needs to be busted to patrolman and put on the streets. Then once banned from ever holding any position in a law enforcement agency she needs to be thrown in jail for exceeding her authority, assault and battery, and just for being a sorry assed bitch.

Then she needs to be fined a few grand along with the Sherrif Department for a few million. The High Sherrif needs to be recalled for allowing his department to deteriorate to such a shitty degree. Whats left of the department needs to have manditory classes in customer service and courtesy.

It would be fitting to allow the dude to bitch slap her as well just as a pay back.

Re: There was NO reason for this.
...and while we asked for a written report of the incident, the major in charge here at the Orient Road Jail told us there isn't one, because as far as they're concerned they didn't have a problem with, nor cause a problem to anyone in a wheelchair.

Acts of violence have nothing to do with poor training. There are some people who are born without a heart or compassion, and should have absolutely NO authority, much less in law enforcement. The BITCH actually broke the poor man's ribs, and she should be sent for a few years to a penitentiary where they keep hardcore, violent criminals!

It's a very sad situation, and very embarrassing situation as well for the police dept, as now people think they are all bad. The woman who dumped him like that should be fired, and anyone caught laughing in the video should be demoted and put on probation as well.

"For your safety" or "for your security" are positions taken time-and-time again by government agents in order to justify their actions for humilating you and intimidating you.

That's beyond brutality...

Please watch this one

I don't think race played a role here, as it almost never does, really - but people jump on that when there are one or more different races involved. What we have here is an idiot in a police uniform.
I never believe "an eye for an eye" (or worse) until I see police brutality. An officer defending themselves against an attacker is one thing, (and then they should be held to the same level of force that civilians are allowed) but to see them brainlessly injure or abuse people as a law enforcement representative sickens me to the point of hoping the officer gets worse than a wrist slap for it. Hog tie 'em and dump 'em out of a wheelbarrow on their face a time or two, laugh about it, and then serve 'em with a crime committed. I have no tolerance for excessive force from police - there's not enough that have level heads who don't simply resort to violence or stupidity when their adrenaline is up. And that's a bad thing. Hope the cop that dumped him gets what's coming.

I don't think so, either. I've been watching lots of Youtube videos on Police Brutality, and will eventually post some of them. In these videos, the brutality by police is on different ethnic groups, by black and white police. Yes, there are some that one can't help but feel the abuse had everything to do with racism, but they are a few.

Videos such as this one that I posted, really make me physically ill, and brutality by them must stop in this country!

Thanks for your input, it's always enlightening and much appreciated!

Ya know, me and my team once gave a guy in a wheelchair the 'wheel barrow' trick (dumping him) but thats cause he was fighting us off with a knife after he stole 20 CDs from us.

What that cop did was just inexcusable! Reminds me of that incident many years ago when that cop beat the heck out of that black kid and threw him on the hood of his car for no reason. I think it was at some gas station..
Feb. 23rd, 2008 02:28 pm (UTC)
I recall that video when that cop pushed that kid on the hood. I feel it was just as brutal as this video I posted.

The burly bitch hot that used such brutality on this poor helpless man in the wheelchair, should not only be fired, but also incarcerated for a couple of years.

"How many times have those who have authority in law enforcement used brutality such as this, but without the proof of a videotape such as in this case? "

You get an examination by a doctor, you file an affidavit, and you give notice to the police department seeking remedy for the damage caused.

Law inforcement in this country has gotten way out of hand when it comes to police brutality. I've been watch videos that have left me shaking with rage and fear. I'll post some soon.

Police Brutality? No... normal procedures
You know we're under martial law rule, right? We have been since Lincoln issued the first Executive Order. Martial law rule is different than martial law. If martial law is declared you'll see soldiers in the streets, and you'll see a red flag on the President's desk when he addresses the nation. Flags say a lot when you know how to read them...

The law of the flag tells us that the colors (flag) flown in any forum/on any vessel dictates the law form and jurisdiction under which that entity is conducting business. Original legislation describing the American Flag is found at Title 4 USC, Chapter 1, Sections 1, 2 and 3. Flags not meeting these exact specifications are expressly excluded as American flags. The flag that flies in today's courtrooms is not the American flag described in Title 4, but rather a gold fringed, military flag of war enforcing the private, general equity, admiralty/maritime law of the same merchant bankers and shippers who swindled America's gold and bankrupted and conquered the U.S. Government between 1907 (Money Panic of 1907) and 1933 (depletion of gold stock and repudiation of obligations, i.e. could not make good on promise for redeeming gold certificates = insolvency/bankruptcy).

"Placing of fringe on the national flag, the dimensions of the flag, and arrangement of the stars are matters of detail not controlled by statute, but within the discretion of the president as commander-in-chief of the Army and Navy." 34 Ops. Atty. Gen. 483 (1925)

American courtrooms are stacked with foreign military personnel (esquires), in quest of a military objective (mission statement of the bar association) doing battle with enemies (debtors) of the Crown (creditor) and extracting war reparations ("war contributions"/taxes) from belligerents (American sureties) in the field (battleground/Colonies). By law, any courtroom flying a military flag is a military courtroom/tribunal under martial-law rule. Admiralty is a unique jurisdiction in that it carries criminal penalties for civil offenses -- the only jurisdiction where military might is employed to enforce private contracts. Under martial law the accused is guilty until proved innocent; and a judge (master of the ship/vessel) rules summarily in an "administrative" proceeding without a jury, as it is done in traffic and misdemeanor cases in America. In such matters the customer has two choices: (1) appear before a bench officer and attempt to proce himself innocent; (2) simply concede guilt and mail in the payment. Failure to convene a jury for felonies and certain other circumstances can make for too much publicity, and so is avoided. The US Constitution only applies in court rooms that fly the true American flag.

Look up on youtube any of the court tvs to see the flag I'm refering to or go to a court house yourself. And then go look at the flag on navy ships. Both are military flags. And don't get me started on the wartime booty** judges recieve...

**As much as one-third of all court proceeds goes into a judge's retirement fund, a wartime practice described in the definition of the term booty: "The capture of personal property by a public enemy on land, in contradiction to prize, which is a capture of such property at sea.., The right to booty belongs to the sovereign, but sometimes the right of the sovereign... is transfered to the soldiers, to enecourage them...." This will really enrage you... the off-duty cop was drinking at this bar, and the female bartender cut him off because he was too drunk. He got angry that she wouldn't serve him, and...

I avoid police at all costs.
Feb. 23rd, 2008 02:32 pm (UTC)
You're right, I saw it and it did enrage me, but what enraged me even more was when those two people tried to bribe her with money!

Thanks for that link!

Yeah, that was on the news, I can't believe that the police officer didn't apologize.

They NEVER do, and most of the time they get away with it! That beast should be incarcerated for a long time. She almost killed that poor helpless man! I despise her!
Feb. 17th, 2008 09:24 am (UTC)
She needs to be fired plain and simple. Maybe i shouldn't laugh but the video reply was hilarious. He said he didn't want to spit into the camera but as pissed off as he was. He must have been spitting pretty good.
Feb. 23rd, 2008 02:41 pm (UTC)
Fired and charged with aggravated assault!

We must all become more aware of the police brutality that's excavating. I'll be making some posts on the subject soon.

Good i look forward to reading your next posts.

Police Brutality and Race
To me cops are without color. They are either good or evil, in my experience 50% MIX. I have been dealt with respect by black cops. I have been offered illegal deals by white cops. I have been ticketed by all colors of cops. I have seen white cops haul a body out of a casino at 3am. I have seen cops beat people and I honestly don't remember their color other than blue. I see cops draw those who protect the world. I see it also draws bullies that think they can do anything to anyone after they get the gun. What I find obscene is the fact that the good cops will back the bad cops against the world. I think that anyone who makes the law, or enforces it should be held to a higher compliance to every law. That is not the case. It is a sad reality.
Feb. 23rd, 2008 02:45 pm (UTC)
Re: Police Brutality and Race
I feel the same way you do.

The good cops have to back up the bad cops, otherwise, they've had it. It sickens me by the things the bad ones always get away with. People should become aware of the brutality that they're inflicting on citizens.

Thank you for your valuable input on this subject, it's appreciated!
Feb. 18th, 2008 12:15 am (UTC)
Personally I think this person should be immediately terminated. There is NO reason for this and no reason they should ever be allowed to take part in law enforcement again!
Feb. 23rd, 2008 02:48 pm (UTC)
You're right, people like this heartless woman should never be allowed to work in law enforcement!
Feb. 24th, 2008 12:56 am (UTC)
Thanks, I had a feeling you would agree with me. :)
Feb. 18th, 2008 10:08 pm (UTC)
Ever since Bush started using his politics of fear to get everything he wanted, a war, stripping of civil rights, billions for Halyburton, re-election..the climate of fear he's created had seemed to have taken away the police's ability to use common sense.
It's horrible to see them taser children and old people and pushing crippled people out of wheelchairs.
This is not the America i love and support.
Feb. 23rd, 2008 02:52 pm (UTC)
My dearest, I've been spending most of my free time watching, and reading stuff on police brutality. I am frightened more than ever. It has gone beyond a nightmare.

I'll be making many posts on this topic of police brutality, so people become aware of the things these people are doing!
