The World As Viewed By Playgirl
7-12-2006

1. I just ordered these books by Ann Coulter: Treason, and Godless: The Church of Liberalism.

I know I shouldn't have, but this disgusting woman that I love to DISPISE has me totally hooked! Reading her is much better than reading about UGGY UGGY Hitler!

A couple of Ann Coulter quotes:

"I think we ought to nuke North Korea right now just
to give the rest of the world a warning. Boom!...They're
a major threat. I just think it would be fun to nuke them
and have it be a warning to...the world."
- Ann Coulter
Speaking to a New York Observer reporter in January

"The "backbone of the Democratic Party" is a "typical fat, implacable welfare recipient."
- Syndicated column 10/29/99

2. I've officially become a DEMOCRAT, thanks to this odious woman, but these two New Jersey Democrats from New Jersey better STOP trying to ban her books! These two jerks seem to have forgotten about Freedom of Speech!!

Ann Coulter Banned in New Jersey?

3. God! I love this kind of stuff! In my NEXT LIFE, I'm going to ask the Lord to give me lots and lots of brains, so I can become the next Perry Mason, or Inspector Poirot, or Sherlock Holmes, or Ellery Queen!!

I always make sure to record Courttv:

This is so very sad, because this mom bashed her three little kids on the head with a rock, killing two of them. The 15 month old baby survived, but is brain injured and blind!

These mothers claim that the devil told them to do it. Why is it that the devil never tells them just to kill THEMSELVES, instead of killing their babies? I'll never understand how a mother can do such horrible things to (such BLESSINGS) their own little babies! Never! All I can think is that they HAVE to be insane!

Texas v. Laney: Stoning Insanity Trial

4. I am awaiting the Jessica Lunsford Murder Trail, where Couey kidnapped her from her own home, raped, murdered and buried her alive. The trail should hopefully start on July 18, 2006!!

What is so horrible about this case is that the little girl was still alive in the closet when detectives went looking for her! I'm sure these poor detectives will forever have a hard time dealing with this fact! If ONLY they had gone inside and searched for her EVERYWHERE!

"John Evander Couey claims that he kept Jessica in a closet for three days feeding her eggs, grits, hamburgers, and water and that SHE WAS STILL ALIVE in the closet when detectives visited his mobile home looking for her but didn't look inside. He was scared after investigators came to the house, so he went outside, dug a hole, and buried her alive. After Couey was arrested an all night search for Jessica turned up her body."

5. I am totally ADDICTED to these programs and always try to record them:
Courttv
Forensic Files
Psychic Detectives
Haunting Evidence
American Justice
Cold Case Files
City Confidential

6. FUNNY! These are true and were taken from actual court records:

Judge to defendant: You have the right to
a trail by jury, but you may waive that
right. What do you wish to do?

Defendant: Hesitates.

Lawyer to defendant: Waive.

Defendant: Waves at the judge.
***

Defendant: Judge, I want you to appoint me another lawyer.

Judge: And why is that?

Defendant: Because the public defender isn't interested in my case.

Judge (to public defender): Do you have any comments on your defendant's motion?

Public defender: I'm sorry, Your Honor, I wasn't listening.
- Disorderly Conduct
I want to buy DISORDERLY CONDUCT,
and DISORDER IN THE COURT!
I'll see if they have them at
Barnes & Noble because I want
them BADLY!

7. Army has filed three charges against 1st Lieutenant Ehren Watada
All I have to say about this is, I'm glad!

Did you at least get the Ann Coulter book used, so she doesn't get any extra money?

I've hunted her books at the 2nd hand store, AND at the Goodwill, but have never been able to find them, so I had to stoop so low as to order it new from the internet. BUT, at least I bought one of them in paperback! :o(

But not to worry, because thanks to this repulsive woman, I am now officially a DONKEY! YAY!

The legislation hasn't passed in New Jersey yet, folks. I highly doubt this will happen anyhow, because it's essentially trying to ban the book on free speech grounds. That is, the legislators do have a point, but it mostly amounts to one person's opinion not being liked by some people.

Coulter's book is still in the local libraries where I live, in Jersey.

The mothers deserve the death penalty. That crime is utterly inhuman.

Deanna Laney was found not guilty by reason of insanity.

I know that if I ever committed a crime like the one she, and other mothers have done, I would have to kill myself, because there's no way in hell I could continue living, knowing what I had done to my own children. Mothers are suppose to protect their kids, not kill them.

As for Couey, I just can't understand how he would still want to live, knowing the horror he has committed against a little girl. I find it so incredible that men like him, and David Westerfield, just to name a few, have the audacity to show their faces in court and to the rest of the world. What they should do is kill themselves so they won't cost the system anymore money, and to let the victim's family try to somehow survive what these men have done to their babies!

I suppose what I'm trying to say is, why are they so protected from committing suicide in their cells? But then, I'm sure this criminals value their own lives very much, and would never even think of harming even a hair on their heads!

Wouldn't it be better to choose your political party affiliation based on what you believe, rather than what Ann Coulter says?

Actually, I come from a family of Democrats, and although, I respect Bush, because he is the President of the United States, I DID NOT vote for him.

Come Election Day, I will vote Democrat again.

Ann Coulter makes my skin crawl, but I must like it, huh?!

I made a terrible mistake when saving one of her pics. Without my realizing it, I somehow saved it as my screensaver. I have a very big screen monitor, and when I opened up my desktop, I got the scare of my life! There she was, as big as hell, staring at me!

Look! Just magnify it a million times, and it will scare the living shit out of you, just like it did me!! :o(

It really doesn't have anything to do with what your family affiliation is, or what you think of Bush. Or anything Ann Coulter might be saying. It has everything to do with what you believe.

Maybe I've gotten the wrong impression from reading your journal, but you frankly don't strike me as being a Democrat.

Jul. 13th, 2006 02:10 am (UTC)
I have known of people voting on a straight Democratic ticket, or Republican. I don't believe this is right. I believe one should vote for which ever one is in agreement with.

The Republican have some issues I believe in, as does the Democrat. It's just like religion, I am a Catholic, but this does NOT mean I believe in all the teachings, in fact, I am against many of them.

An no, you haven't gotten the wrong impression from reading my journal, because everything I write, I emphatically believe in.

There's no harm in reading books of people you disagree with. I read one of Gary Bauer's books way back in 1994, and I can't stand him either.

I too am not a big fan of Ann Coulter, she has said a few things I believe but not a whole lot, but not enough for me to declaire to be a Democrat! Howard Dean has said some pretty radical and stupid things too! All the political partys have some nut cases! Just wait and see who runs and vote your conscious. :-)

Mothers killing their babies? I just don't know!

They HAVE to be insane! Why else could they do such a horrible thing?

You know, I have a momma cat who will be having her kittens. She recently had four, and she guarded her kittens as you will never imagine!

I've had dogs that had puppies, and they've taken such good care of their puppies. Why is it, that a mother who is human, can murder her own child?

I'm seeing too many cases, too, and am beginning to wonder what in the world is going on.

As for teachers having sex with their students, maybe this has been going on for a long time, but now that we have access to just about everything, it's coming out. It's hard to believe that these women who are so educated, and who are married and have children of their own, are doing these despicable things with their students! I just don't understand these teachers, nor these mothers who are killing their babies! The same goes for these animals who are raping and murdering little boys and girls!

Open mind
Glad you're at least gonna read her book....instead of condemming it without reading it....

Take my quiz...

HOW TO TELL IF YOU ARE A DEMOCRAT, REPUBLICAN or a SOUTHERNER....

You are walking down a street with your family and you are armed with a loaded 9mm hand gun. All of a sudden a knife weilding TERRORIST yelling "Jihad! jihad! jihad!" comes screaming at you..what do you do?

DEMOCRAT:
Well does he look poor and oppressed? Maybe we could dialogue with him? What does the law say about this? Maybe he would be content with just killing me and letting my family go? Why am I carrying a gun anyway? I need to consult with other Democrats and come up with a program for this....

REPUBLICAN:
BANG!

SOUTHERNER:
BANG!
BANGBANGBANGBANGBANG...CLICK
(RELOADS) BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG!
Son: Nice shot grouping!
Daughter: Did you use hollow points or Silver tips??
Spouse: You are NOT taking that to the taxidermist!!!!

Condemn that bitch for writing blasphemies? Hell no! Although she says and writes stuff that makes my stomach turn, she has the RIGHT TO FREEDOM OF SPEECH and EXPRESSION! Thank God!

Hugs Sweety Pie! Hope you enjoy that lobster tail you're gonna be eating this coming Friday! :o)

Wow, Sparky, that's quite the clever display of wit and I am honored you burned so many brain cells just to insult little old me. Eh. Ann Coulter's books are ok, but that's about it. Certainly not classics by any stretch. (I can just see somebody making a comment on her being utter crap, so if that's what you're thinking, save it.)

I'll spare you the interrogation on your newfound political affiliations. I'm quite tired, and have no desire to begin the inevitable firestorm that would come of it.

Ann Coulter's books are pretty good, and I love to read anything she has to say. There's much to be learned from this woman, and that is to constantly be on the look out for nuts like her!

As for my political affiliation, there's no need for anybody starting some kind of firestorm, after all, whether we’re Republicans or Democrats, we’re ALL Americans.

The Union and the Confederacy each thought they were upholding American values. They had to go to war and kill each other to settle their differences. That's why I can't agree with your last statement.

a few questions/comments

1) i've been trying to figure out how you added me: random or do we actually have a mutual friend? or do you scan the LJs for random new people?

2) ann coulter, despite being a propaganda-monster that's comparable to marilyn manson, is hot for a 40+ year old. she may be very well-educated and intelligent, but her whole personna is made to generate controversy, and thus, sales.

3) i'd almost put you as a rockefeller republican; socially liberal, fiscally conservative. but the military history adds an interesting twist. i'm guessing you to be: pro-choice (conflicting with the catholicism), a gun-owner/supporter (with the military background), and pro-troops (which i differ from the war, because the war may be stupid, but it's not the troop's fault).

i've been doing lots of poli-sci research (it's my focus) and i'm assuming you're hispanic-american, if the pictures give a fairly accurate depiction based on skin tone: and i've been trying to get a few viewpoints on hispanic americans and the polls, why vote for a certain party, which party one leans further toward, family history/affiliation, etc.

sorry, i've been on a typing binge the past 2/3 days

1. I tend to look in the latinas interests for lj friends. And if memory serves me right, I believe you were getting mri because of your arm. I was having problems with my arm, and had just gotten an mri. They wanted to operate but I didn't let them. I'm fine now.

2. Sorry, but I think Ann Coulter is a very unattractive woman with a nasty mouth. I really love to read her, 'cause she really gets my adrenalin going! :o)

3. I've just made a post on this one.

4. My grandmother was Spanish. My mom was half Spanish and Mexican. My dad is Lebanese.
